Shipping policy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items sent to old or incorrect addresses. Items sent to incorrect addresses will not be replaced unless it was an error on our part.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, please allow 10 or more business days for your items to be ready to ship. Production time may vary depending on the volume of orders we are receiving.

Shipping Times vs. Production Time

When selecting shipping times please remember that they do not include our production times. All items have to go though our production and then they will ship based on the selected shipping method. 

Example: If our production time is 5 days and you select 3 day priority shipping, then it should take 8 days to receive your item. Remember, this example does not reflect our actual production times. Production times may vary depending on the volume of orders we are receiving.

North America: 10 business days from the date the product is shipped

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and on the turnaround time Shipping carriers are experiencing.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
